Standard shipping usually takes 4 to 8 days to ship to the doors of the customer. Standard shipping costs less, but takes a little more time than expedited shipping. Expedited shipping fees depend upon country. The customer can contact for more information regarding expedited shipping fees and times.

 If the customer wishes to use the standard shipping method, they are not eligible to pay for shipping charges. In the event that requires any return or refund of free shipping items, we will deduct shipping fees we paid from the refund if the cause for the return or refund is not company’s mistake.

The company does not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Because all items are made-to-order, the company does not have ready-made dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for customer’s returned items. You will need to return unwanted items and then place a new order for the replacement items. We can accept the “return and reorder” once only.
