Shipping Policy

The company is determined to produce best quality products  along with the services. When comes to deliver your order Mahiya make all the efforts to deliver the parcel safe and securely. To become eligible for free shipping the order must be more then $150. Order under $150 is obliged to pay a flat rate of $9.99. The company also offers Express delivery with a flat rate of $12.99. Standard and express shipping with signatures cost $12.99 and $15.99 respectively.On placing the order with payment, the order is dispatched within 1 to 3 business day. In case of sale period or peak days it may take 5 days to process the order. Once the order is ready and dispatched, the customer will be sent an email providing tracking number and necessary information to track the order.

The company also ships internationally i.e Canada, New Zealand and USA. Orders over $250 are eligible for free shipping. On dispatch, the customer will be informed about shipping confirmation and reference number details.

Return/Exchange Policy

All the products are strictly inspected before dispatching to you but if unfortunately you get a faulty item, kindly send an email at hello@mahiya.com.au immediately along with the picture of the faulty item. The company under the Australian consumer Law, provides the repairing of the item. If the item you get is not repairable, it will be replaced if the item is in stock or refund the amount.

Please keep in mind the company is not responsible to refund for the change of mind. If for whatever reason the customer changes his mind, the company will willingly accept the item for exchange only. The customer is obliged to return the items within 14 days of receiving the order (Australia), 20 days for international orders along with the original receipt of the purchase. Make sure the items you are returning ate unworn, undamaged and unaltered with all the tags intact.

Attach return postage satchel on the parcel along with the name, address and order number. On receiving the returned item it will undergo inspection, if it is approved, the customer will get a credit note excluding the original shipping charges.
