Shipping Policy

The company delivers the product the customer with extra care. For the feasibility, the company ships via AusPost eParcel on the address that are within Australia. Please keep on mind, the company cannot ship outside Australia.

To be eligible for free delivery you must make purchase of total more than $150 AUD. If the order is under or equal to $150, delivery fee will be charged to the customer i.e $10 AUD. It is company’s priority to deliver your order to your mentioned address with in 5 to 10 business days. Please allow 2 to 3 excessive business days to deliver in remote country areas, QLD, NT and WA.

Once your order is dispatched by the company, you will be notified about it and providing all the important details needed to track the order. If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, AusPost will leave a card informing you about the attempt of the delivery and availability of the product at local post office.

Return Policy

The company offers 30 Days return policy. If for any reason you are interested in returning the product you purchased, are requested to apply within 30 days of purchase date. Please note refund is given on actual product price, no shipping charges will be refunded.

In order to meet the criteria, the customer must note that the item return the product within 30 days of purchase date. The product must not be worned, stained, altered or washed. In othet sense the product must in original condition with all the tags intact. Try any type of footwear on clean and soft surface avoiding marks and soil. The footwear must be returned in its original box in new condition without postage label.

Please note Underwears and socks are not accepted for return dueto hygiene reason.

When the customer meet the above conditions can simply fill the return form. Postage label will be issued on request which will be emailed to the customer. Attaach that postage label on the item amd return the item.

Once your product is approved by inspection team for refund. You will be issued a refund of the product you paid within 10 working days.
