The founder, Mark Paigen have been in to footwear business since 1989 when he founded Chaco sandals which also differentiated from the competitors on the comfort features. The sandals were extremely comfortable and customers started asking him if he can help them with other types of footwear specially shoes. So the decided to come up with a solution for people with sore feet in 2015 when he started Tread Labs. The idea this time was not to offer new footwear but to provide support for the footwear which the customers already possess. Resulting in low expenditure and great comfort.

Shipping policy

Free standard shipping is offered to all customers on their order in the US. USPS First Class shipping is offered for free which takes 2-4 Business Days to reach customer’s doorsteps. Those who need their products urgently, can avail USPS Priority Express shipping for $ 35. Customers can return for free in the US.

International shipping is available for many countries. Shipping fees of $24 is charged for for 1 or 2 pairs of insoles for other counties and $10 for Canada.  3 - 5 pairs will costs $40 for other counties and $30 for Canada. These charges do not include any duties, taxes or fees. Return shipping for international returns will be charged to customer.

Return policy

Customers can easily return or exchange any items by filling out a simple form for the same. The company then sends prepaid return label to customers in US so that they can send the returns for free. International customers need to send the items by themselves.

Customers can easily return insoles within 30 days trial period for free. Exchange or return can be easily made. Even if you have trimmed your insoles to fit in your shoes, even then the company will accept your return if you are not satisfied. Insoles bought at Amazon can also be returned or exchanged by just calling at 781-435-0662 and the company will take care of the issue.
