Shipping policy of Pinhole Press:

The customer needs to add his photo product time to his shipping time, in order to estimate the delivery time of the product. Within 3 to 4 business days, the photo books will be shipped after you placed the order on Pinhole Press. It takes two business days to ship cards after the order has been placed. 1 extra business day can be taken to ship foil cards. After the order has been placed on Pinhole Press, all other products will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Within US, it takes 1 to 3 business days for stamp shipping, 3 to 5 business days for economy shipping, 2 to 4 business days for ground shipping, 1 business day for next day shipping and 2 business days for 2^nd day shipping.

To ship the orders to Canada, it takes 3 to 5 business days if the order is send via  FedEx International Ground and 2 to 3 business days if send via FedEx International Priority. For UK, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Australia, it takes 7 to 10 business days if send via USPS International.

Within 15 days of receiving your order, the customers can return the item they purchased from Pinhole Press, if it does not satisfy the customer. If there is any mistake in spelling, grammar, punctuation or your text accuracy, then Pinhole Press is not responsible for that.  if you use a low resolution image, a warning message will be appeared on the screen and it will be at your own risk if you still wanted to continue with that.

To cancel any order you placed on Pinhole Press, you have only 30 minutes. You need to call us, if 30 minutes are over and you still want to cancel the order.
