The company was established in the year 1982. Vitamin king is helping Australians to stay a little more healthy, strong and happy and that makes us contented. It was the month of March when the brand started as a tiny retail store in Stockland Mall in MerryLands NSW trading under the name Honey Suck health foods. The brand was soon spread all around word whether we talk about in size, moving locations or success. Twice the locations are expanded within Stockland Merrylands Mall to cater for the expansion. The company set up an aim of supplying all the nutritional products both nationally and internationally and has been operating out a warehouse and seven other stores. They want our customers to be healthy and strong and they serve them with the best services because they care about them.

Shipping Policy

The company offers free shipping on all the orders that are over $150 for the residents of Australia. Orders lie under $150 are eligible for shipping fee. Delivery address around Sydney Metro area has flat rate of $6.95 and other then that delivery anywhere in Australia has a charge of $ 9.95.

Once the order is placed an email will be sent to the customer for verification and confirmation. It takes 1 to 2 business days in processing before delivery. Once done, when dispatch information is available an email will be sent to you providing the tracking number of the order.

Return/Exchange Policy

The company offers 30 days return policy. If the customer purchased the wrong product or changed his mind can return within 30 days time frame. If the product is returned after 30 days, it is not accepted for refunds or exchanges.

In order to qualify for the return the parcel must intact in originalpackaging and unused as received. Attach original slip as a proof with return in order to process the refund or exchange.

In some stances half or some percentage of the refunds are made. If the order is returned after 30 days of delivery and the order is opened, some parts are missing or the product is damagednot by company’s fault.

Once the returned is received, an email will be sent to notify that the order is received and it is accepted for refund or rejected. If approved for refund then the amount will be added in credit card or original payment method.

Exchanges are made on faulty or damaged items. If you receive any damaged item send an email at info@vitaminking.com.au and the company will arrange a replacement. Vitamin king will generate a pre paid return label for the return of faulty items.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
