Return Policy
They only accept exchanges or refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Means that the products will be accepted for return that are faulty, incorrect or damaged. They do not offer replacement, refund or exchange for change of mind, so choose your orders carefully.
If you had received any damaged or faulty item, contact the company within 24 hours of the receipt of your order, and they will let you know if product is to be returned and replaced, or a refund is to be issued.
