The company is a unbeatable Australian retailer with a long history. We have been operating Clark Rubber since the year 1946. The history of the company started in the year 1946 when two men who’s name were Charlesworth and Clark established a partnership to set up Clark Matting and Rubber. The business set up by both of them grew faster and after few years the company was listed om the Australian Stock Exchange. In the year 1961, the name was changed to Clark Rubber Stores. In the year 1998, the business was hitting up in a positive success and a 50^th store opened and once again the company, Clark Rubber was called as the best recognized brand in Australia Retail. In 2000, Chris Malcolm bought the Clark Rubber brand from Pacific Dunlop.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

However, you are not completely satisfied, we will happily arrange for the exchange or refund of any goods purchased at any Clark Rubber store, and for that customer is required to return the item within the time limit of 30 days from the date of the purchase. There should be proper proof of your purchase typically your receipt. The item that you desire to be returned, exchanged back should not be soiled, damaged, is in original and resalable condition and is in its original undamaged packaging including all the important things given along at the time of delivery or purchase.

Shipping Policy

All the orders that are received Monday to Thursday at 3pm or after that will be processed and dispatched the same day, with dispatch timing dependent on availability of product. If the order received on Friday, after 3pm or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on Monday, with dispatch timing dependent on availability of product. If the item the customer desires and wants to order is out of the stock, the company will contact the customerthrough phone or email to discuss further options.

Clark Rubber will process customer’s order within the timeof 1 to 3 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, the customer will receive their order within 1 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery service used and the location given by the customer. Deliveries to rural areas may take longer. Clark Pool Packages are dispatched in approximately 6 weeks from date of purchase.
