Return Policy

Customer’s satisfaction is most important to WoolOvers and we are confident that you will be happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the garment, they will gladly accepts your returns and will refund you the full amount of garment. You can return your item within 28 days of the purchase for a full refund. Make sure that the item should be in its original condition. For sale or clearance items, the time period is reduced to 14 days. They do not provide returns on hats and socks due to hygienic reasons. We will process your returns as quickly as they can but due to our busy schedule this could take up to 20 days. When they process your refund, we will inform you by email and it can take 3 to 4 days to appear on your credit card or the original method used at the time of purchase.

They do not offer exchanges, if you would like to swap a garment for a different size or colour then you can return that product for a full refund and place a new order for the style you would prefer.

Shipping Policy

The company offers free standard shipping on all the orders over $125, also free shipping for New Zealand orders over $165 and delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Please note that the free delivery is not available on any order containing a throw or blanket due to excess weight. They cannot carry out deliveries on Saturdays, or on public holidays.
