Shhh Silk was created Olivia Carr, an award winning businesswoman and mother of the two, couldn’t find high and best quality, stylish silk pillowcases online or also in stores, no matter how hard she looked and then the Shhh Silk came into being. Since then they have been traveling the world helping sleepy heads get better skin, hair and especially better sleep. Their main goal is to provide the best night sleeps that everyone deserves.
Return Policy
-100 Night Free Trial
The company is offering free 100 night trail for their silk pillowcases, in order to test it out in the comfort of your own home. If for any reason you don't fall in love with their silk pillowcase, simply return back to them to receive a full refund. They do not resell the returned pillowcase, it will be donated to a charity of their own choice.
-Standard Returns
Their return policy lasts for 30 days. If you are not happy with your purchase, does not worry the company accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The return item must be unused and in the new condition with all the original packaging. You will ne responsible for paying the return shipping charges for your item. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Shipping Policy
For Australian orders Shhh Silk uses DHL and Australia Post and also offers free standard shipping on all the orders over $100 or more. However for all orders under $100, a shipping fee of $10 will be applied at the cart. The orders will take up to 2 business days to be processed, you will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been shipped, so that you can easily track your order.
They also offer free shipping to worldwide on all the orders over $100. Note that the international shipping time is up to 13 business days.
