Hey Hey Delivery Policy

The orders are delivered within 24 hours via Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Toll, TNT, and Couriers. The orders are generally dispatched from their warehouse the next working day after full payment is received.

Shipments will take 2 to 3 business days if the given address is within Victoria, 3 to 5 business days within NSW and SA, 7 to 10 business days within WA and NT.

Hey Hey Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, the items can be returned for a refund or a replacement within 7 days of the purchase. All products must be in the original packaging and in unused condition; otherwise, the refund can’t be processed. The refund will be processed minus the original postage, handling fee, and 5% administration fee.
