Gourmet Basket Delivery Policy

Sydney Metro Same Day Express is only available to the selected Sydney metro postcodes. Only available prior to 10.45am AEST on business days that does not include the weekends and federal holidays. All the deliveries are scheduled to arrive from 1pm to 6pm the same business day. If no body is home the customer will get redelivery attempt between 1pm and 6pm in the same business day, and if again nobody receives it then the gift will be returned back to us. All the orders that are placed on weekends will be delivered the same business day. A new delivery fee will apply for 2nd deliveries, due to no one receiving the gift, or wrong addresses provided. Special delivery arrangements can be made for orders placed after 10.45am, using an express courier, but in this method an extra additional fees will be charged.Learn More

Gourmet Basket Return Policy

The company does not support or offer refunds for gifts that are delivered to the customer without any damage to the parcel. If you have received something that was out of date, broken or damaged then you are asked to contact the company as soon as possible. If you do wish to swap an item we would be more than glad to send you another item once we have received the original item back at our warehouse in its original unopened condition. Any additional costs for the replacement item such as delivery, or any difference in prices, would need to be paid for prior to delivery. The cost of returning the Product by post is at totally the customer’s expense, unless faulty. Returns must be sent by you at your cost using a trackable or signed for delivery or delivery service, such as the registered post. If the customer requests for a refund, then can be made for a gift that has not yet delivered up to a maximum of 90 days from order. No refunds will be payable after this time.Learn More
