Bambury Delivery Policy

Bambury offers free delivery Australia wide. The company only delivers on business days i.e., Monday through Friday. Unfortunately they don’t deliver on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed by 2pm AWST will be delivered the following day. Deliveries are also made from Monday through Friday on normal delivery hours.

Please make sure there is someone to receive the parcel and sign for the delivery as we courier door to door, else you will be contacted by the courier to grant the Authority to Leave the item unattended. In result bambury and courier will not be liable for loss, theft or damage to the item.

Bambury Return Policy

Bambury make efforts to make your shopping easier as possible. If for any reason you would like return any product feel comfortable to contact their customer service team.

If for whatever reason you choose to return the item, make it within 30 days of delivering the item. Contact customer service team and they will issue a Return Authorization number which will be sent along with items you are returning as a proof.

The customer is responsible for the return delivery cost and it will not be reimbursed. Bambury is not liable for any damage or loss in transit, it will be fully customers responsibility to deliver the return with the courier service providing tracking number.

To be eligible for refund the returned items must be in original conditions, unopened with all the tags intact and packaged. The items under Health act must be unused and unopened, if not then it will be considered as faulty and it will not be accepted for refund.

Refund will be granted if the items meet the above conditions. The company has right to reject the claim if the items returned are incomplete or damaged die to customers fault.

In case of defective or faulty items, you can request return within 30 days of receiving the order and the company will respond on single business day. You will be provided Return Authorization number and prepaid tracking label that has to attached with the return.

Bambury takes full responsibility for the courier service suggested by them whether Austpost or other courier services. If the customer want a refund on your purchase, the company will refund the entire cost along with the delivery costs.Learn More
