The story of the company was when the owner of the Ashbury Skies was tired of a sea of boring and neutral shoes everything seem like the same and dull. The name of the founder is Mary Sue and Yvette who launched the company in the year 2011. The team had a vision of creating and designing a virtual shoe closet and has been working on it and giving all sets of beautiful shoes. Both of them worked really hard for major retailers and had made lasting connections that helped make the vision a reality. They organized a wide collection of shoes from small independent shoe designers who were not that known into the markets. The brands serves with the most flattering collection that will make you smile whenever you open up your shoe cupboard.
Shipping Policy
Orders over $50
The company offers free shipping on all orders above $50. Order arrives in 3 to 8 business days. Economy standard shipping charges $5.95 and delivers in 1-5 business days. Second day Air charges $24. 95 and over night Air chargd $37.95.
Orders under $50
- Shipping charges of $5.95 takes 15 to 18 business days to deliver the package. $9.95 takes 12 to 15 days.
- Order must be placed by 1.pm PST in order to ship on the same day. Order placed after 1.pm PST from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day. Placing order after 1.pm PST on friday will be shipped on the coming Monday. It is to be noted that the company do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
- Once the order is shipped an email will be sent to the customer providing confirmation and tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 hours to appear on the website.
Return Policy
- Company is confident over the footwear they are providing but in any case the customer is not satisfied with the purchase can return within 30 days from date when the item is shipped. Return is free for US residents on full price orders and some sale shoes as well.
- Final sale shoes are not eligible for return in any case. Discounted Sale shoes under $99 can be returned in the form of store credit. All shoes must be new and unused including the box. Damaged and dirty shoes will not be accepted for returns. If any shipping cost is paid, will not be refunded.
- US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free return.
- International orders also donot qualify for free return as the cost of shipping is very high. The international customer can return the order within 40 days when the item is shipped.
